What information do I keep?
I retain the following information for all my clients: name, date of birth, contact information, and GP details. This is essential for contacting you or your healthcare provider in the event of an emergency. I also maintain brief session notes; however, client identities are protected by using coded file names. These notes are stored separately from any personal contact details. All data is stored electronically (password protected) or in a locked cabinet to ensure confidentiality.
How long do I keep your data?
I retain your contact details for six months after our work together has concluded, after which they are erased, including all online correspondence. Session notes are kept for a period of seven years before being permanently deleted.
